The location of this hotel near Insadong is perfect. Its also close to a subwaystation. Be aware that a taxi cant drive all the way to the hotel - you need to walk the last 100 meters.
The breakfast is served in a small room where you fix your own toast and drinks. Its simple but if toast with jam or butter and some cereal with milk gets you going its fine. Plenty of juice and coffee and tea. You can also try the korean porridge!

Convenience is the word. A bit hard to find its location. Handy to subway (2-min walk) and airport bus (5-min walk). Room is small but cute and clean. The extra big shower head is phenomenal. Decor feminine n stylish, even supplied with skin care n hair gel! The owner must be a thoughtful lady! The in-room PC is a surplus, thou cannot read all-Korean screen. Close to all sorts of eateries and night market. Love the ice-cube drinking machine in lobby!

Close to subway, shops and restaurants. The room has a lot of equipment like a waterdispenser with hot and cold water.
Friendly staf but does not speak English. The window is small and semi transparent, so you don't have a view. The waterdispenser makes some noise at night. The breakfast is very basic. There is no closet to store clothing. There is no seating area outside the hotelroom.

The staffs were really helpful and nice, can speak english quite ok. Rooms are not too big, but ok, painted with nice design. Surprisingly offer quite complete amenities. Located really close with insadong. In summary, we really enjoyed our staying period in biz jongro.
The location is a little bit difficult to find if never go there before.

Travellers can get what they bargained for. It's not as expensive as the others, yet Hotel Biz Jongro provides all the basic things that you need in a room- Unlimited hot/cold water, internet access, a nice bathroom etc. This is highly recommended for people on a budget trip.
I wish there were more English-speaking hotel staff. Although all of them would understand the things we ask about, they couldn't give clear answers to our questions, like directions and places to go. And, not many taxi drivers know the hotel, so we always had a difficult time going home by cab.

Very large bath with jacuzzi (hot tub) is very good for bathing with your girlfriend. A pc with internet is a bit slow, but ok.
Ceiling in the bathroom need repair.

This hotel is really like the hotels in Japan (i.e. clean & cozy). The location of the hotel is perfect as lots of sightseeing points and shopping areas are located nearby. We can save a lot of transportation cost. The restaurants nearby provide cheap & delicious food. The hotel is very cozy and suitable for couples and families. Though it's only a 1-star or 2-star hotel, it provides good service and cleanliness which I am anxious before my arrival. The breakfast is simple but it's enough for those who don't expect too much. We can't compare it with the deluxe hotels. But a microwave is really want to be added in the kitchen as it will let the guests have more choice on the food. I'm sure I'll stay in this hotel during my next trip in Seoul.

Hotel Biz had a nice big spa bath, free internet and much more in the family suite. Good size and great location.
The floor heating (ondol) tended to dry us out a bit too much. Sore throats arose from lack of humidity.

The hotel is located amid Korean restaurants and food stalls. Convenient to get a quick bite whenever you are hungry. Also,it's a minute away from the train station and shopping area. Also, I like it that they have a big LCD tv and a desktop computer with Internet access in the room. The room is clean and comes with amenities. For the price I am paying, I couldn't ask for more:)
Opposite there is a karaoke place... and sometimes at night we could still hear them singing away,
